Coffee House comes first in our name, and the machine is on from 7am every day.
Flat whites, long blacks, iced lattes and pots of tea, with oat, almond, soy, coconut or lactose-free milk. Take yours out to the deck, or grab one on the way past from the 15-minute bays out the front.
BrunchWith the lake in view
Take a table on the deck under the sails and look straight across West Lakes, or sit inside by the wide windows and watch the rowers head out.
Brunch is licensed, too: a mimosa, a Bloody Mary or an Aperol spritz with your eggs. And for the little ones there is a kids menu, with pancakes, toast with egg and more.

What time is breakfast served?
From 7am, every day. Breakfast and brunch run all day until the kitchen closes at 2:30pm, and coffee is on until 3pm.
Do you take bookings for breakfast and brunch?
Yes. Reserve a table online or call 0403 573 273. For ten or more, please call.
Is there a kids menu?
Yes: pancakes with maple syrup and ice cream, toast with egg, chicken nuggets, a cheese burger or penne napoli, each $12, plus kids’ juices and milkshakes.
Do you have dairy-free milk?
Yes. Oat, almond, soy, coconut and lactose-free milk are $1 extra, as are decaf and an extra shot.
Can we have a drink with brunch?
Yes, Oar is licensed. Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Aperol spritzes and espresso martinis are on the menu, along with South Australian wine and beer.
